Reptiles and Amphibians

The House of Tropicals is home to Maryland’s best stocked and most reputable Reptile room. We carry snakes, lizards, geckos, skinks, frogs, and more. We have dozens of species of snakes alone, with rare and unusual specimens arriving often. Stop in and see what we have this week.

Rodents and Mammals

The House of Tropicals has some fuzzy cuddly critters if the reptiles aren’t your thing. Check out our nice selection of rats, mice, gerbils, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters. We also carry cages, water bottles, bedding, food, and everything you will need to keep your furry pets happy.

Feeder Rodents and Insects

Reptiles gotta eat too. We have fresh and frozen rodents, live insects, and dry food, as well as expert advice if you are having problems.

Insects, Arachnids, and Other Animals

Last, but certainly not least, check out our odd selection of creepy crawlies, including tarantulas, scorpions, and millipedes. We keep a pretty good stock of tarantulas featuring some unusual specimens. Definitely worth a look.
